Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), sometimes referred to as “the king of mushrooms” is a fungus in the family Hymenochaetaceae. Chaga grows predominantly on birch trees in the northern hemisphere. Ethically foraged and harvested in the Pembina Valley region of Manitoba on October 30th, 2021. Limited supplies. 25g samples.
